Shipping & Returns

STANDARD DELIVERY, offers delivery curbside delivery(if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building). Our furniture line is most always sent by Standard Delivery. Please let us know if you would like to upgrade to a different delivery service. Imported furniture pieces can take 10-12 weeks to arrive to the USA and another estimated 7 business days to arrive to your destination. Most of our furniture pieces are custom made to order with your leather or fabric selections.

GOLD DELIVERY
For our furniture lines only, this is a scheduled appointment and takes an additional 2-3 weeks. The item is brought in and placed in your room of choice with box removal. We recommend this service to customers in apartments, multi-unit buildings or offices. It also does not include moving of existing items. Our Series 1 pool table line is always Gold Delivery with professional installation.

CHECK PRODUCTS UPON DELIVERY
Immediately note on the drivers receipt any damage to the package. RETURNS
Most Items are all custom made to order. Therefore we are unable to accept returns on those items. We want you satisfied with your product and we will work with you urgently to rectify the situation. All items must be inspected upon delivery for damage and you must contact us immediately and note on the shippers documents.

PAYMENTS
Most of our products are physically manufactured following your order. For most orders with extended production times,we require a minimum of a 50 percent deposit at the time that you place your order. For these items the buy it now option is not applicable.
